It’s past time for the media to begin asking President Obama tough questions about the IRS conservative targeting scandal. After all he was involved, publicly, from the beginning.
Last Friday, the American Center for Law and Justice (where I serve as Chief Counsel) filed its Second Amended Complaint against the United States, the IRS, and a legion of IRS officials. This Complaint, in which we represent 41 organizations in 22 states, presents perhaps the most complete story yet of the IRS conservative targeting scandal.
Apparently inspired by the press’ negative coverage of the Tea Party, Internal Revenue Service employees were instructed to flag political groups seeking tax-exempt status if they touted literature containing “anti-Obama rhetoric” and “emotional” statements, according to recently uncovered agency documents obtained by USA Today.
The 2011 documents list 162 flagged groups by name and reveal that IRS lawyers in the nation’s capital often questioned the political, lobbying and advocacy activities of conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status. . . . Read Complete Report

An unidentified IRS agent told members Congress that the embattled tax agency is still targeting conservative groups three months after the scandal came to light, according to testimony released Thursday by House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-Mich.).
During closed-door testimony, the agent reportedly told members of the committee that requests for tax-exempt status by Tea Party groups are still being subjected to “secondary screening,” at least in his office. . . . Read Complete Report
On Sunday we reported that former IRS Boss Douglas Shulman’s wife, Susan Anderson, is a top ranking executive with a left-wing organization called Public Campaign which could potentially have a lot of interest in who may have been targeted by the IRS. Today the story took another turn toward supporting that hypothesis. It seems that Susan Anderson’s boss, Nick Nyhart, had several visits of his own to the White House. In all he visited seven times with two visits recorded as meetings with President Obama.
So let’s do a quick recap.
Shulman has 157 White House visits logged.
His wife works for an organization that is very interested in the workings of conservative political campaigns.
Her boss had his own series of visits to the White House.
There is already evidence that targeting was done. Now we just have to figure out where it started.
ActRight Legal Foundation has taken immediate legal action for its clients following recent news that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) targeted conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status and possibly employed political criteria in completing audits of non-profit organizations.
In a statement made on May 10, 2013, Lois Lerner, the Director of the IRS Exempt Organizations Division, admitted that the IRS singled out applications for 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) status received by conservative groups. She admitted that additional scrutiny was placed on those groups by sending numerous, extensive requests for additional information, which ultimately caused long delays in receiving a determination on their tax-exempt statuses. Recharged tea party demands justice in IRS targeting scandal
Conservatives are fuming as more damning information surfaces regarding the Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of tea party groups for excessive review of their tax-exempt status during the 2012 elections.

Congressional members have given the IRS until Wednesday to provide copies of all agency communications that include the words “tea party,” “patriot,” and “conservative.”
At the same time, Fox News reported on Monday that the IRS may have been casting an even wider net, and agents could have unfairly targeted groups that touted better government economic policy and debt pay-down. Puerto Rico voted overwhelmingly in favor of statehood on Sunday in a referendum that begins the steps toward sending representatives to Washington, D.C.
According to The Wall Street Journal, 97 percent of voters chose statehood, though turnout was only about 23 percent. Puerto Rico is an unincorporated territory of the United States of America? She sits in an in-between limbo, neither a state or an independent nation. So how did Puerto Rico become owned by, but not part of America?
In the 1990’s I was a hands-on member of the Patriot Liberty Movement. No I was not a skinhead, NAZI, White Supremacist, Racist or member of any Militia. The group I was involved with was strictly about educating the citizens of our Republic about the Controllers and their slowly moving plans to destroy our freedoms, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.

But with the OK Bombing it was obvious that the government was starting to target the movement big time and in no time our organizing and education efforts fell apart. People were scared.
Chuck Harder was swindled out of his People’s radio network. Tom Donahue was framed on Banking charges and sent to prison and Bo Gritz was hardly mentioned by the press by the simple method of bringing Ross Perot in as “the third party” Presidential Runner.
