Drilling into Core of Teotihuacan Pyramid, Scientists Find Ancient Offerings

Deep in the very core of Mexico’s tallest pyramid, Archaeologists have found what may be the original ceremonial offering placed on the site of  Teotihuacán’s  Pyramid of the Sun  before construction began. The extraordinary find includes ancient artwork, ceremonial pots, and seven burials, some of them containing infant remains.
