Adam Kokesh, the veteran who has been planning an armed march on Washington, D.C. has been arrested for another act of civil disobedience.
Earlier today, a post was made on Adam Kokesh’s official Facebook page that he had been arrested in Philadelphia during a “Smoke Down Prohibition” event. Kokesh has attended all four previous “Smoke Down Prohibition” events and was continuing this trend by participating in the fifth today.

During the Smoke Down Prohibition civil disobedience event Joint Summit with President Choom Adam Kokesh was arrested. This happened in Washington, DC on June 8, 2013.
The US Department of Homeland Security seized a payment processing account belonging to Mt. Gox, the largest international Bitcoin trader, claiming the monetary exchange service falsified financial documents. RT’s Bob English explains what’s behind this crack down.

Scandinavia may never be the same. Police in Copenhagen on Friday shut down Denmark’s first cannabis “coffeeshop” cafe. At Smokenhagen, customers could buy marijuana over the counter, get a receipt, and smoke it openly right there in the cafe.
During the raid, the police confiscated all the cannabis, but the shop is expected to reopen again soon, reports Danish website jv.dk.

There are supposed to be CHARGES in order for you to be detained or arrested.
Those charges are supposed to be based on EVIDENCE.
But the Presidential Decree said basically this:
If we decide that you are supporting someone we don’t like, we can hold you forever without charges and without legal representation and put you in a military prison here or overseas.
A court just said “no” to that tyrannical bullshit.
