The media have been reporting a national ammo shortage for the past few months. Manufacturers are having a hard time keeping up with demand. The reasons for such shortages might be obvious to us, but some actually think that we’re to blame. And I’m sure they’d blame Bush while they’re at it.
Salon recently posted an article about ammo shortages and how police departments around the country are suffering because ammunition supplies are running out. Massive act of censorship sees alternative media pages disappeared
Facebook is purging accounts that carry pro-second amendment and pro-liberty information in a censorship purge that has accelerated over the past few hours, with innumerable pages being disappeared merely for posting legitimate political content.
NaturalNews.com’s Mike Adams contacted us to alert us to the fact that “Facebook banned our account for posting this,” with an attached image of a Gandhi quote about how the British disarmed the citizenry during their rule in India.
The following is a list of Facebook accounts operated by individuals in the alternative media that have been shut down by Facebook staff over the past 24 hours. Infowars writer Aaron Dykes and political dissident Brandon J. Raub have also had their accounts deleted. Raub was snatched by police and forcibly imprisoned in a psychiatric wardearlier this year for posting political content on Facebook. The elections being over, I shall not unduly comment on the reelection of the horrid Obama, or the un-professional, traitorous hacks of the leftist media that kept his many scandals, incompetence and disgraceful lies out of the news, or about the trusting, gullible, ignorant, greedy and stupid people who elected him, except to quote the immortal Thomas Jefferson, who said “The government you elect is the government you deserve.”
But it was H.L. Mencken who said it best, as far as I am concerned, when he quipped “People deserve the government they get, and they deserve to get it good and hard,” which naturally brings to mind all those times in life when one has, indeed, gotten it “good and hard,” dredging up, as it does, painful memories, usually replete with scars, either physical or mental, often both, and with a deep, dark, dangerous desire for some kind of vicious, bloodthirsty revenge on some worthless bastard who deserves it “good and hard.” . . . I’ve heard smoking pot blamed for some of the most ridiculous things in the world over the last 70 years but I’ve got to admit this one takes the cake. Of course I’m not saying that some of the good people who played cannibalistic zombies in the hit TV series “The Living Dead” hadn’t smoked a bowl or two before the shoot. . . but pot causing the recent “cannibal” attacks would be funny as hell if I wasn’t so tired of the misinformation about one of the most useable plants on our green earth. lets FACE it, That’s carryin “making a munchies run ” just a bit far.

As I told staff this morning in an email, last night and this morning have been surreal being inundated with media requests for interviews on two totally disparate topics related to cannabis:
–Chicago moving forward with cannabis decriminalization for possession
–Media headlines (and some experts’ claims) that cannabis might have caused a guy to kill and chew his victim’s face off
Talk about one topic being ‘good’, the other one being ‘bad’ (if not totally bizarre)!
It is one thing for the media to report on the toxicological results from the autopsy of the guy who did this strange and gruesome maiming in Miami last month, but to read a professor of psychiatry at the University of Miami pop off to the Associated Press that maybe it was the strain of cannabis that might have caused this guy to become a cannibal strikes me that this professor is totally incorrect beyond belief and that her comments as an ‘expert’ are going to be repeated in any future news stories, radio and TV shows on the matter of cannabis’ safety. . . .
