Continuing Coverage: Media Blackout in Obama Georgia Ballot Eligibility Case

Obama-qoiet

It it quite obvious to me that the main stream press will not report ANYTHING that would upset the applecart when it comes to the liberal arm of the Controllers two headed cartel.  If the media was free to report the news without outside censoring this story would be heard loud and clear every hour on the hour and half-hour  in every household in the U.S., especially on the “no spin” Fox network,.  But as of yet not a peep. Controlled media? . . . EDITOR

Last week, I noted that Obama turned his back not just on Arizona’s Governor Jan Brewer, but also on the laws of the State of Georgia.  I closed my column, “Georgia Ballot Challenge: Obama Walks on By,” with the observation: “And most of the media has followed along right behind him.”

At the time, I had just witnessed an historic hearing that actually discussed the eligibility of the sitting president of the United States to run for a second term.  The president had been subpoenaed to appear, and instead of his attorney respectfully following protocol to have that subpoena recalled, both Obama and his attorney, Michael Jablonski, simply failed to show up at all or offer any defense whatsoever.

Isn’t there a headline in there somewhere? . . . Read more: http://www.americanthinker.com/2012/01/media_blackout_in_obama_georgia_ballot_eligibility_case.html#ixzz1lA8LMQu1

Obama State Ballot Challenge 2012

September 25, 2011

The purpose of this project is to gather in one place the information needed to challenge Obamas name being placed on the ballot in each of the states, so that voters in each state know the process of how to challenge a candidates name being placed on the ballot.

For each state, there is a link for the Secretary of States office. If there is no additional information, it means that there is no information on that page regarding the process ( if any ) to challenge a candidates name before or after it is placed on the ballot ( both for the primaries and general election ). This is where you come in. We need people to contact their states Secretary of State and find what the rules are for challenging a candidate ( for example, the number of days before or after a name is placed on the ballot when one can legally challenge ). Once you have that information, send it to me at the Contact link above and it will be posted ( once verified ) so that others will know the process. Remember, all it takes is one state to challenge the ballot !!! . . . visit site

The truth behind Obama’s eligibility to run for president continues.  It seems to me that if Obama is eligible under the  constitution he would have no problem supplying the information to the people of the country. He still refuses, why? . . . EDITOR

Judge whacks Obama in eligibility case

‘Defendant has failed to enlighten the court with legal authority’

by Bob Unruh

A Georgia judge has refused a demand from Barack Obama to quash a subpoena to appear at a series of administration hearings Jan. 26 at which residents of the state are challenging, as allowed under a state law, his name on the 2012 presidential ballot.

WND reported this week when Obama outlined a defense strategy for a number of state-level challenges to his candidacy in 2012 which argue that states have nothing to do with the eligibility of presidential candidates. . . . read complete report
