We are told by the MSM that the sale of $650 million worth of Cypriot Gold has just caused a 3+% drop in the price of Gold (and more than 5% in Silver). Is this credible?
The Fed is creating $85 billion per month or close to $3 billion per day, 24/7. The Cypriot Gold at is only 1/5th of what our Fed prints EVERY day! The U.S. Treasury borrows some $4 billion per day to keep our well oiled economic engine running, ALL of the Cypriot Gold is about 1/7th of what the U.S. borrows each and EVERY day. Last month, China imported from Hong Kong alone some 97 tons or roughly 7 times the amount of Cyprus’s total Gold holdings, the Cypriot Gold is a mere 4 days worth of imports. One other way to look at this is that 14 tons is about 6 tenths of 1 percent of the global production of Gold for 1 year…it is nothing. No, $650 million in today’s world is LESS THAN NOTHING! . . . April 2, 2013 – LOUISIANA – The head of Louisiana’s Department of Natural Resources named 13 scientists and other experts Friday to serve on a blue-ribbon commission tasked with determining the long-term stability of the area around northern Assumption Parish’s sinkhole. The 13-acre sinkhole and consequences of its emergence and continued growth, such as methane trapped under the Bayou Corne area, have forced the evacuation of 350 residents for more than seven months. The sinkhole, found in swamps between Bayou Corne and Grand Bayou on Aug. 3, is believed to have been caused by a failed Texas Brine Co. LLC cavern mined into the Napoleonville Dome. . . . The powers-that-be in the United Kingdom want their citizenry to rat on one another. At least, that’s the plan with a series of marijuana-scented scratch-and-sniff cards that were mailed to more than 200,000 people in the UK recently.
The ridiculously daft plan by the group Crimestoppers U.K. is that by handing out ganja-scented cards to the community, people will run to the police any time they smell anythingremotely skunky. . . . Read Complete Report

Dear Friends:
If you haven’t heard by now, my husband Sheriff Joe Arpaio had a little accident last week. He fell and broke his arm. The poor guy is in a lot of pain, but he hasn’t stopped doing his job for a minute.
This accident came at the worst possible time. As you may know, there is a RECALL effort against him to remove him from office even though he was just sworn in to a sixth term. It never ceases to amaze me the lengths that his political opponents will go to in order to get him out of office!
On top of fighting a costly recall battle, my Joe is also fighting the Department of Justice, their lawsuits and all their political shenanigans. And, the Department of Homeland Security released thousands of illegal immigrants and is planning on releasing thousands more this month alone! . . . Read Complete Letter

EOUL, Jan. 23 (Yonhap) — North Korea has completed all technical preparations for a nuclear test and can carry it out in a few days if it makes a decision, a South Korean intelligence source said Wednesday.
North Korea had dug up a tunnel for a test at its Punggye-ri nuclear test site, but the tunnel has now been plugged with dirt and concrete, the source said, suggesting that all measuring and other equipment has already been installed inside.
