For decades, public schools across the nation have amped up the police presence to combat the increased violence in the school system, but critics believe that the private prison industry is benefiting from the accompaniment of police in schools. The trend of random raids in the classroom has resulted in many students imprisoned for being in possession of drugs, but should these random raids continue or are they unconstitutional?
