  • Huge city in Guatemala finally reveals its secrets

A vast city built by the ancient Mayan civilisation and discovered nearly a century ago in modern day Guatemala is finally starting to yield its secrets – including a hint that apocalyptic predictions around the ‘end’ of the Mayan Calendar may be wrong.

Excavating for the first time in the sprawling complex of Xultzn in Guatemala’s Peten region, archaeologists have uncovered a structure that contains what appears to be a work space for the town’s scribe.

Its walls are adorned with unique paintings – one depicting a line-up of men in black uniforms, and  hundreds of scrawled numbers – many calculations relating to the Mayan calendar, and stretching up to 7,000 years into the future. . . . Read Complete Article w/video & photos

1,100-year-old Mayan ruins found in North Georgia

By David Ferguson

Archaeologists have discovered the ruins of an ancient Mayan city in the mountains of North Georgia believed to be at least 1,100 years old. According to Richard Thornton at Examiner.com, the ruins are reportedly what remains of a city built by Mayans fleeing wars, volcanic eruptions, droughts and famine.

In 1999, University of Georgia archeologist Mark Williams led an expedition to investigate the Kenimer Mound, a large, five-sided pyramid built in approximately 900 A.D. in the foothills of Georgia’s tallest mountain, Brasstown Bald. Many local residents has assumed for years that the pyramid was just another wooded hill, but in fact it was a structure built on an existing hill in a method common to Mayans living in Central America as well as to Southeastern Native American tribes.

Speculation has abounded for years as to what could have happened to the people who lived in the great Meso-American societies of the first century. Some historians believed that they simply died out in plagues and food shortages, but others have long speculated about the possibility of mass migration to other regions. . . . continue

MEXICO CITY (AP) — Seize the day.

Only a year is left before Dec. 21, 2012, when some believe the Maya predicted the end of the world.

While some doomsday theorists may suggest putting together survival kits, people in southeastern Mexico, the heart of Maya territory, plan to throw a yearlong celebration. And to make a profit while they party.

Mexico’s tourism agency expects to draw 52 million visitors over the coming year just to the five states richest in Maya heritage. Mexico as a whole is expected to lure just 22 million foreigners this year. . . . continue report

An advanced alien civilization visited the Earth in times long past. Proof of their presence in rock-carvings, religious artifacts, ancient myths, and, of course, megalithic monuments such as the Giza pyramids are littered all over the world. This video examines ancient ruins, lost cities, spaceports, and a myriad of hard scientific facts that point to extraterrestrial intervention in human history. Most incredible of all, however, is the theory that we are the descendants of these galactic pioneers—and the video reveals the archaeological discoveries that prove it. Includes remarkable photos that document mankind’s first contact with aliens at the dawn of civilization. Analysis of the evidence used by mainstream science anchor theology to explain the presence of artifacts, writings and other materials, coupled with his alternative explanations and proofs were not only plausible, but also down right convincing.

According to a former construction worker who allegedly took part in the construction of an underground section on the Denver International Airport (DIA) in the 1990′s a massive 2.5-3 mile long tunnel system exists in and around the DIA complex, says Stu Webb, whistleblower.

DENVER — Underground tunnels do exist around the world as the longest documented publicly known tunnel is located in New york and is 85.1 miles in length. It was drilled through solid rock in 1945 and is used as a waterway. The “Delaware Aqueduct is the newest of the New York City aqueducts. It takes water from the Rondout Reservoir through the Chelsea Pump Station, the West Branch Reservoir, and the Kensico Reservoir, ending at the Hillview Reservoir in Yonkers, New York. . . . A Pictorial Conspiracy At Denver International Airport

(Thomas Dishaw) If you haven’t had the opportunity to fly in or out of the Denver International Airport you are missing out on a truly eerie experience.

Denver_airport_USGA_2002_modThe airport was built in 1995 on a span of 53 square miles. Although the city of Denver had a 100% functional airport,  a new one was decidedly built, with fewer runways and without major technological advancements. According to aerial shots of the airport, the runways have a resemblance to  a Nazi Swastika, essentially  giving the conspiracy crowds more ammunition for their argument.

The airport is also riddled with numerous murals depicting a truly apocalyptic future touching on subjects such as genocide, death, Mayan prophecy, sun life, and plague, making Denver International Airport a destination you would definitely like your children to see on your next family vacation. . . . EXCERPT
…”The finding at a site called Ceibal suggests that the origins of the Maya civilization are more complex than first believed. Archaeologists hotly debate whether the Maya — famous for their complex calendar system that spurred apocalypse rumors last year — developed independently or whether they were largely inspired by an earlier culture known as the Olmec. The new research suggests the answer is neither.” . . . Read Complete Report

Chinese Explorers Paved Way for Euro Invasion of Americas (W Video)

Mark and Laura Nickless are translating an ancient Chinese chronicle, a history of exploration from 1433~34. What they have found so far – and they are no where near done – is a record of exploration to the very heart of North America, surprising evidence of a Mayan influence at Cahokia, and the inadvertent spread of deadly plague that cleared the majority of the populous from the continent.

They will present their findings at the Midwestern Epigraphic Society Spring Symposium, Airport Marriott, Columbus, Ohio, May 31st ~ June 2nd. Read more
