According to a recent post here on THEI we reported that a General Social Survey found that almost 60% of Americans believe that Marijuana should be legalized. If you are one of those majority of our citizens I urge you to contact your Congressperson and demand that they support Congresswoman Gabbard and Congressman Garret on this important issue. It is the liquor and medical industry lobbyist who spend million of dollars to stop this movement that we are fighting. Even if you are against recreational marijuana you must see the ridiculousness of keeping it a Schedule 1 classification which still means they are saying that it “has no medical benefits” and makes it illegal to even study the plant to find further medical uses, which I an sure there are many.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions wants to bring back the war on drugs, but on medical marijuana — which he says “has been hyped, maybe too much” — he may be too late.
Any minute now, medical marijuana will be legal in West Virginia. West Virginia! It’s a state that voted for Trump by nearly 42 points in November, and approved medical marijuana via its Republican legislature last week. Democratic Gov. Jim Justice (D) is open to signing it.
And West Virginia is on the tail end of the medical marijuana trend. There is evil going on all around the world. The United States was meant to lead the charge against injustice, but through our example not our force. People do not respond to having liberty and freedom forced on them.
Men and Women follow courage. They follow leadership, and courage. Our example has paved the way for people all around the world to change their forms of goverment.
Force is not the way because liberty is a powerful concept. The idea that men can govern themselves is the basis for every just form of government.
We can govern ourselves. We do not need to be governed by men who want to install a one world banking system. These men have machine hearts. Machine and unnatural hearts. They have blocked out the possibility of a better world. They fear human progress. They have monopolies on everything.

They are controlling your media. They have dumbed you down through your school systems. They have systematically dismantled the constitution. It is in rags.
The bill of rights is being systematically dismantled. Men have spilled their blood for those rights.
Your sons and daughters, your brothers and sisters, and Americas best young men and women are loosing their limbs. They are loosing their lives. They are loosing the hearts. They do not know why they are fighting. They are killing. And they do not know why.

Iraq vet arrested on terrorism charges after jogging with training rifle
A US veteran is facing charges of terrorism after being arrested for trying to get some exercise. That’s William Alemar’s story, at least, who was detained this week after jogging in full military fatigues in public while carrying a training rifle.
Authorities have charged 23-year-old Army National Guardsman and Iraq war veteran William Everett Alemar with “committing a terroristic act and wearing body armor while committing a felony offense.” He was arrested on the morning of August 20 after officers responded to calls of an armed man running along a road adjacent to a Martinsburg, West Virginia high school.
When the cops found Alemar three minutes later, he was wearing his full National Guard get-up and was brandishing an air-soft “training rifle,” a gun that while similar to his actual weapon only fires pellets, not bullets. He was also garbed in a ballistic vest composed of bullet-resistant ceramic panels and was equipped with two knives and several unloaded magazines, the Herald-Mail reports. . . . Read Complete Report
On Tuesday, 31 year old Federal Way resident Anton Caluori, a military veteran with no criminal history, was arrested for allegedly threatening the President in an email he sent to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Any research report into weather manipulation has to start with one man. That man being the father of the worldwide electrical system,Nikola Tesla. As Margaret Cheney reported in the biography, Tesla, Man Out of Time (1981) Tesla has been quoted as stating:
“I am positive in my conviction that we can erect a plant of proper design in an arid region, work it according to certain observations and rules, and by its means draw from the ocean unlimited amounts of water for irrigation and power purposes. Of course the above statement is looking at the idea of weather manipulation from the mind of someone who was concerned with helping his fellowman have an easier life which, of course, was his downfall. At any rate this is where we start looking into the possibility of the controllers using some form of weather manipulation today. . . After this disaster there is little in the way of information about trying to control these weather monsters until the 1960s and 70s when scientists working under the study name, Project Stormfury attempted to weaken hurricanes with little published success. Here’s a link to a pretty good synopsis of the early history of trying to control hurricanes.
And just as the Mate had told me as we plowed through the Pacific Ocean on the flying bridge of the freighter Silver Falcon with a load of rice for Viet Nam back in the ’70s our government did actually succeed in controling the weather during the Viet Nam war.

In 1966 the 54th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron of the U.S. Air Force engaged in an aggressive cloud-seeding program over North Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. By lacing clouds with silver iodide, the military hoped to extend the monsoon season and increase the amount of mud along the paths and roads of the Ho Chi Minh Trail, restricting enemy movement. The initial project, Operation Popeye, reported positive results, and the effort was continued from 1967 to 1972 under the code name Operation Motorpool. Although some inside the operation said their attempts to “make mud, not war” impeded the movement of enemy supplies, evidence for that is “unverifiable.”

Because of the Weather Modification operations during the Vietnam War a Senate Hearing took place in 1974 on just that subject.
The threat of weather control became such a real and important issue that by 1977 the United Nations held a CONVENTION ON THE PROHIBITION OF MILITARY OR ANY OTHER HOSTILE USE OF ENVIRONMENTAL MODIFICATION TECHNIQUES. It was signed in Geneva May 18th 1977,

The Convention entered into force for the United States on January 17, 1980, when the U.S. instrument of ratification was deposited in New York.”
The preamble state: The States Parties to this Convention, Guided by the interest of consolidating peace, and wishing to contribute to the cause of halting the arms race, and of bringing about general and complete disarmament under strict and effective international control, and of saving mankind from the danger of using new means of warfare.
Article 1 states that, 1. Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to engage in military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects as the means of destruction, damage or injury to any other State Party. . . . Who watches the watchers circling overhead in U.S. skies? Acongressional hearing on the possible risks of domestic drones lamented the absence of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and its failure to step up to take responsibility.
Homeland Security officials told Congress that their duties don’t cover the domestic use of drones in the U.S., according to U.S. Rep.Michael McCaul, a Republican from Texas and chairman of the subcommittee hearing of the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security. But McCaul worried that the agency was “reverting back to a pre-9/11 mindset” with a “lack of imagination in identifying threats.”
“It should not take a 9/11 style attack by a terrorist organization such as Hezbollah or a lone wolf- inspired event to cause DHS (Department of Homeland Security) to develop guidance addressing the security implications of domestic drones,” McCaul said in his opening remarks on July 19.
Today’s usage of drones in the U.S. remains limited to the law enforcement, border patrol, firefighting and weather or scientific research.
