Class Action Lawsuits Filed Against Obama/NSA For Violations of Constitution

From World News Daily

Dear Patriot,

We the People have recently learned that the President Barack Obama is using his National Security Agency to spy on us, by intercepting our private and confidential telephone messages, emails and internet postings to use against us. In this way it can obviously coerce and blackmail the American people to remain silent to his power grab, which is intended to transform our beloved nation into his dream of a socialist state.

I’m looking for millions of Americans to stand together and join with us in the class action lawsuits we have already filed in federal court in Washington, D.C. against the Obama adminisration, its corporate enablers and the judge who went along with their power grab, in order to take back our constitutionally protected rights of privacy, freedom of association and the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures of our most private personal communications and due process. Without millions of American citizens fighting for freedom, we fear that our great country will be totally destroyed if President Obama is allowed to continue spying on all of our telephone calls, email and internet postings. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AS OUR CLASS ACTION CASES HAVE ALREADY BEEN FILED AND ARE IN PROGRESS AND WE NEED YOU TO JOIN IN THE FIGHT TO PRESERVE OUR FREEDOMS BEFORE ALL IS LOST!  . . . Teacher Faces Disciplinary Action For Telling His Students About Their Constitutional Rights

EXCERPTS

“According to Town Hall:

““An Illinois Social Studies teacher faces disciplinary action for reminding his students of their Fifth Amendment rights when filling out a school survey on behavior…John Dryden was collecting the surveys before class when he noticed the students’ names were printed on them. He looked to see what was being asked and noticed questions about alcohol and drug use…Dryden told his students that they had a Constitutional right to not incriminate themselves by answering questions on the survey.””

“As a result of Mr. Dryden informing his students about their basic Fifth Amendment rights, he is now facing disciplinary charges. Lucky for him, numerous people have risen to his defense.” . . . Read Complete Report

Women’s rights are under severe attack. Access to healthcare — including contraception and abortion — childcare, housing, welfare and other benefits are being slashed across the country. We are tired of politicians playing political football with our lives. It’s time we take action. It’s time we organize and fight back.

On Women’s Equality Day, August 26 — on the eve of the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Florida, which will be immediately followed by the Democratic National Convention – women and their allies will take to the streets of Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York City, Chicago and other cities across the country in defense of women’s rights. . . .
