NEW THEI Series: Exploring Americas Outback ~ Adventure #1 Hiking Up Surprise Canyon to Panamint City Ghost Town

I have been enjoying these “travel” videos for awhile and decided that some of our viewers might enjoy them as much as I do.

In this day of the elitist crying about “overpopulation” and the need for getting rid of the “useless oxygen users” some people need to realize that our great country is not crowded wall to wall with people.  In fact not only are there thousands of uninhabited regions in our country, but there are also hundreds, if not thousands, of places where people once lived and worked but have since abandoned for one reason or another.  It’s these places we will explore in this series.

I hope you enjoy this new series as much as I will enjoy searching for new off-the-wall and hard to reach places for us armchair explores to visit with our more ambitious YouTube hosts.  Much thanks to those like “Wonder Hussy” who go to great links to make these videos available on YouTube.  Enjoy! . . . A VERY strenuous hike to a super-remote ghost town in the Panamint Mountains. Many structures and artifacts remain, both from the mining days and from the hippies that moved in later. A fascinating place, but a REALLY TOUGH HIKE!!
