They meet just as the massive surveillance operation that both oversaw over the last decade is being exposed by Edward Snowden’s leaks. Despite railing against surveillance and war as a Senator and as a Presidential candidate, years later Barack Obama looks more like George W. Bush than he ever has before. So why is that?
