His claim to be the “lead research analyst” at GE watch, yet he lists no schooling or academic or engineering experience except some thirty plus years ago according to his brother, “was a sub electrical solar panel installer” at a Water Cooling Tower at the Bechtel facility in Dagget Valley, CA.
