On Thursday, Judge Col. Denise Lind rejected the defense’s motion to drop the aiding the enemy charge held against Private first class Bradley Manning for releasing thousands of classified military documents to the whistleblower website WikiLeaks. The trial continued on Friday with more rebuttal witnesses from the government prosecution and RT’s Liz Wahl has more from Fort Meade, Maryland.

(NaturalNews) A new law proposed by the European Commission would make it illegal to “grow, reproduce or trade” any vegetable seeds that have not been “tested, approved and accepted” by a new EU bureaucracy named the “EU Plant Variety Agency.”
It’s called the Plant Reproductive Material Law, and it attempts to put the government in charge of virtually all plants and seeds. Home gardeners who grow their own plants from non-regulated seeds would be considered criminals under this law.

A United States government task force is formulating legislation that will give companies no other choice but to find a way for federal agencies such as the FBI to spy on the online communications of millions of Americans. The task force wants Internet companies to give law enforcement agencies backdoor access to customers’ account, and if the legislation becomes law businesses that don’t comply could face stiff penalties for not facilitating the monitoring of Internet activity. Back in February, several gun manufacturers decided to boycott law enforcement in states that are hostile to the Second Amendment, states like New York for instance. They would not be providing weapons or ammunition. Within a week that number had grown by over 700%. In the first article I provided information for several gun manufacturers that could be contacted to come on board with this boycott, including Glock, Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson and Remington.
