BREAKING – AR-15 AMMO BAN! Best 2nd Amendment RANT EVER

Published on Feb 28, 2015

The ‘Powers that be’ are SMOKING CRACK again as the BATF is moving to BAN commercial 5.56mm (.223) rifle ammo. The widely popular M855 62 grain green tip ammo is under fire this week as is subject to being redesigned by the BATF as armor piercing under the old 1968 Gun Control Act definition. Pro-gun advocates are insisting the M855 cartridge is a legitimate sporting round while the pajama wearing, cheeto munching, Constitution-shredding commies insist they are forged by the devil himself. What is REALY going on here? Rex sorts it all out and brings the TRUTH to the table of discussion – straightway!

The issue of gun control divides public opinion – each side has many followers, each having its own respectable arguments. But the modern world of technology adds fuel to the fire, as now everyone, even in countries that forbid guns for their citizens, can have their own firearms – printed on a 3D printing machine. How will the invention tip the balance between society and power? Will it unleash havoc, or bring freedom? And the man who created it – what personal ideals does he hold? Well, we ask him himself. Cody Wilson, the creator of the 3D-printed firearm dubbed “The Liberator” is on Sophie&Co today.

Lady in video:”I guess we should all do, what, get burglar bars on the back door and windows?”

No lady, that’s not the message here. I’ll say it slowly so you can understand. It was a gun that stopped immediate disaster.. And if the kid would have had a legal gun in the house and been trained in it’s usage the thugs might not have even got in the front door… Wait a minute this is NYC only criminals can own guns. I Forgot.

NEW YORK (AP) – A 10-year-old boy picked up a gun that was dropped in his home by a would-be robber dressed as a deliveryman and fired a shot, helping to chase away the intruder and a partner, police said Tuesday. No injuries were reported.

Two men in disguise knocked on the door to the Brooklyn house on Monday evening, and two teenage sisters opened the door, police said. In video released Tuesday, one man is seen carrying an open cardboard box and pushing his way into the home; a second man quickly follows. . . . Read Complete Report.

TRENTON, NJ — During a Senate hearing on upcoming authoritarian gun control bills, James Kaleda took his turn at the podium and made a statement. He described how the laws would be ineffective at keeping people safe, as they only restrict law-abiding citizens, not criminals. He is ejected by Committee Chair Senator Norcross, at the hands of NJ State Troopers.

This took place at the NJ Senate gun control hearings in Trenton on April 30, 2013.

Scales of Justice SOURCE pdphoto.org Public DomainArmed with a tattered law book and a pair of six-shooters, the legendary Judge Roy Bean doled out a peculiar form of frontier justice in a lawless section of far West Texas during the last half of the 19th century. Photographs show a tough, grizzled old geezer in a dusty black coat. Tales from the life of the manipulative magistrate bridge the gap between horror and amusement.

Before he mounted the judicial bench in Texas, Roy Bean served as a California Ranger with a penchant for stealing the hearts of San Diego señoritas. One such amorous episode nearly cost him his life. With Bean in the saddle, a jealous suitor and others got the jump on Bean, strung him up to a poplar tree, urged his horse out from under him and left the scene. Unseen, the señorita dashed from her hiding place to cut Bean down. He was alive and kicking, but spent the rest of his life with a stiff neck. . . . Read Complete Report

Eric Holder Threatens Kansas Over Gun Control Nullification Bill

From Godfather Politics

Posted  by

Recently, we told you about a rather watered-down version of a nullification bill that Kansas passed and Governor Brownback signed. The gist of it was that federal or state agents attempting to enforce unconstitutional gun laws on Kansas-made firearms would face felony charges and prosecution. It may have been watered down, but it offended Attorney General Eric Holder enough that he had to issue a fast and furious response. Here’s what he wrote in part in a letter to the Kansas Governor:

“In purporting to override federal law and to criminalize the official acts of federal officers, SB102 directly conflicts with federal law and is therefore unconstitutional. … Under the Supremacy Clause…Kansas may not prevent federal employees and officials from carrying out their official responsibilities.  And a state certainly may not criminalize the exercise of federal responsibilities.  Because SB102 conflicts with federal firearms laws and regulations, federal law supercedes this new statute; all provisions of federal laws and their implementing regulations therefore continue to apply.” . . . GOP-leaning political pundit, Mary Matalin, once remarked that my hometown seems to be on The Quest for the Unpronounceable Name. I live in Tucumcari, New Mexico. It started off in the wild West days as Ragtown, and then decided on Six Shooter Siding. Now it’s Tucumcari.

Well, in a similar but much more sinister way, my neighbor state to the North, Colorado, seems to be in the midst of a Self-Imposed Quest for a Police State. Not to be outdone by Connecticut, Colorado has imposed some of the strictest gun control measures in the land upon themselves, including a provision for universal background checks (which, as former GOP presidential candidate Chuck Baldwin is tireless in pointing out, is nothing other than a back door entrance into universal gun registration.) . . .
