Legal challenge now on fast track
A judge has sided with Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in the first clash in what is expected to be a major court fight over the legality of President Obama’s executive immigration actions, ordering a fast track for case arguments and hearings.
Two Justice Department lawyers representing Obama in the case had asked for the deadline for their initial response to be delayed until late January.

The ongoing rage about the cop shooting of a thug trying to escape his strong-arm robbery of the Ferguson Market just 9 minutes before was just what the Controllers needed to happen somewhere in America at that time. It’s the time-old trick of turning lemons into lemonade which is easier to force down the throats of our present dummy-downed government school generation.
Although, as I watched the “story” unfold I don’t thank the Controllers needed to waste the time making the ‘Jim Jones cocktail’. Today’s citizens seem to have a hard time grasping the REAL goings-on anyway – except maybe the name of the latest “Idol.”

Let’s take a look at the Ferguson Smokescreen. A study of history will point out how “False Flag” and “Smokescreen Operations” have been used throughout history by bad guys to try and blindfold the populace. Like a good magic illusion, while the sheeple watch the scripted scenario, the Controllers are busy working behind the smokescreens doing something the people would raise hell about if done out in plain sight. In this case I think the powers-that-be outdid themselves. let’s review . . .

So far we have learned that (A) Michael Brown and his homeboy Dorian Johnson strong-armed the owner of The Ferguson Market. (2) Nine minutes later Brown was shot and killed by police officer. A local incident that happens all the time in our inner cities.
Then, Controllers Federal Po-lice stick their noses in. Why? This is a local punk taken out by the Po-lice minutes after he took what he wanted out of a convenience store, pushing the owner aside when he complained. The FEDS need to be spending their time doing Federal things not dealing with local low-life crime in middle America. However . . .

Illegal crossings of the U.S.-Mexico border have doubled recently, and possibly even tripled, since the latest congressional push toward “comprehensive immigration reform” – which many consider a euphemism for amnesty.
Indeed, as journalist Katie Pavlich has reported, some border patrol agents claim illegals are coming to the U.S. in much higher numbers in just the past few months, with data from Customs and Border Protection showing 504 illegals were detected crossing in just one border sector between Feb. 5 and March 1. Only 189 were caught on camera, and just 174 of the 504 were apprehended. Of those spotted on camera, 32 were carrying huge packs believed to contain drugs and several were heavily armed. . . . U.S. District Judge Cecilia Altonaga is expected Friday to sentence members of a network who sold false Cuban birth certificates to undocumented immigrants so they could pretend to be Cubans and obtain green cards.
Thanks to the 1966 Cuban Adjustment Act, Cubans who arrive in the United States without a visa can remain in the country and apply for residence after a year and one day. This immigration benefit is available only to people who can prove they are Cuban citizens.

Many of those foreign firms are still thriving – for now. But the original Continental Baking Company, parent to Hostess, is closing the doors on this division. Citing labor problems, ongoing strikes, plant sabotage, and the cost of doing business as an employer in this brave new “free insurance” world, CBC has filed for bankruptcy. Eighteen thousand union workers will join the rolls of the unemployed.
Hostess’ famous product line is more than a snack food, it’s a cultural icon. Twinkies, Ding Dongs, Fruit Pies, and Zingers have carried us through when all our other cultural norms were shaken. It seemed that Twinkies would always be there… Really, they never rot. And after a person accumulates a good size spare tire from eating too many Hostess snacks, it never goes away either. The private prison industry makes billions by warehousing our government’s prisoners. Therefore, I’m sure, you will find their Washington lobby opposing any immigration or drug laws that would mean less bodies. Like legalization of hemp.
