So Trump’s administration is going to make “America Great Again” by cracking down on the steady move of the individual states answering the wishes of 70% of America’s citizens to end Marijuana Prohibition; to increase the instances of unlawful Civil Forfeiture of citizens property without due process and vamping up the Militarization of police forces around the nation.

. Trump and the DOJ have just reversed former President Barack Obama’s restrictions that allows local police departments to receive surplus military equipment.

Restoring the program will “ensure that you can get the lifesaving gear that you need to do your job,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions told a cheering crowd at a national convention of the Fraternal Order of Police in Nashville, Tennessee. Law enforcement in the US wants to be able to identify and track all unmanned vehicles in the sky. Meanwhile, the military was given the green light to shoot down private drones.

American law enforcement agencies oppose the government’s plans to allow extensive unmanned flights until federal regulators come up with requirements for the drones to be registered and tracked.

Officer cleared after going to wrong address, shooting innocent grandpa in his garage

“FORT WORTH, TX — An elderly man was slain in his own garage because police “inadvertently began searching” the wrong address while investigating a burglary call.  Spotting a man who appeared “standoffish” in his own garage, police opened fire, killing a 72-year-old grandfather.  After months of investigation, the officer has been cleared and is back on the streets.”

This type of incident is why the Indiana law makes sense and will save innocent lives. It forces officers, on fear of death, to identify themselves both audibly and visibly to avoid being shot justifiably. And it just might save the lives of every day citizens, although that doesn’t seem to be a concern of nearly enough cops.
