How the NSA uses SIM cards to mistakenly kill civilians
The president’s opinion
Despite the operator’s claims, the Obama administration insists that terrorists are killed with high precision. The president iterated during his speech at the National Defense University last May that a high degree of certainty is employed when target selection, ““by narrowly targeting our action against those who want to kill us and not the people they hide among, we are choosing the course of action least likely to result in the loss of innocent life.” Yet the increased reliance on phone tracking is contrary to this claim
Former drone operator’s testimony echoes information in leaked NSA documents
When speaking about his former colleague, the JSOC operator says “people get hung up that there’s a targeted list of people, it’s really like we’re targeting a cell phone. We’re not going after people — we’re going after their phones, in the hopes that the person on the other end of that missile is the bad guy.” His testimony of JSOC mission policies echo information revealed in the NSA documents leaked by Edward Snowden along with the criticism made by former drone sensor operator with the U.S. Air Force, Brandon Bryant.
So the next time you’re at a stop light, riding a bus, at the mall, and someone near you is using a cell phone (or pad), just hope that person, even if innocent, isn’t using a phone targeted by the NSA.
She needs to run for office herself to remind them why they (Congress) are there in the first place, to safeguard the people from enemies foreign and domestic.
When this lady was invited to testify to this particular sub-committee, she brought with her the wishes of millions of Americans: Keep illegal Big Government intrusions away from freedom loving citizens. Although the main focus of her testimony is “targeting” of her business and personal life by the IRS, her case shows, quite clearly and undeniably, a concerted effort by various federal agencies to actively suppress her political activism. What is the legal definition of the difference between inter-agency cooperation and conspiracy?

Sounds like ‘Barry Soetoro” Obama has dusted off the old playbook of “Tricky Dick” Nixon. Wonder why Barry didn’t name his re-election committee CREEP?
When will America wake up to the fact that our current administration is NOT interested in citizen rights. Only in bringing fourth their agenda of a New Socialist Society using every thing in their power to bring down those who are exposing that fact. . . . EDITOR

Recharged tea party demands justice in IRS targeting scandal
Conservatives are fuming as more damning information surfaces regarding the Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of tea party groups for excessive review of their tax-exempt status during the 2012 elections.
An apology Friday by the IRS conceding the “inappropriate” practice of singling out groups with keywords like “Tea Party,” “Patriot” and “9/12 Project” in their names to flag for heightened, typically burdensome, scrutiny is “not sufficient reparation for violating the constitutional rights of United States citizens,” said Jenny Beth Martin, national coordinator for the Tea Party Patriots. . . Congressional members have given the IRS until Wednesday to provide copies of all agency communications that include the words “tea party,” “patriot,” and “conservative.”
At the same time, Fox News reported on Monday that the IRS may have been casting an even wider net, and agents could have unfairly targeted groups that touted better government economic policy and debt pay-down. Also among the targeted: Groups that tried to educate about the Constitution or government policy critics, Fox News said. . . . Read Complete Report

Gingrich: IRS Targeting Scandal Raises Issues About Obamacare
The Internal Revenue Service’s targeting of conservative groups raises serious questions about how it plans to handle the taxes and penalties associated with Obamacare, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich says, and he thinks the president owes apologies for the agency’s conduct.
“[President Barack Obama] has a huge problem, because Obamacare relies very heavily on the IRS,” Gingrich said Monday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”
“Why would you trust the bureaucracy with your health if you can’t trust the bureaucracy with your politics?” he added a moment later. . . . Read Complete Report
A few conspiracy-minded observers have wondered if the Obama Administration dropped the IRS political-audit scandal to distract attention from the Benghazi scandal. It’s starting to look as if the reverse conspiracy theory would be more plausible, because the IRS thing is going nuclear. Four days in, and we still haven’t heard a single word from the President who bends our ears so relentlessly when he’s got an agenda to push, even as more high-profile commentators – most recently George Will, on ABC’s This Week – are reminding us that Nixon’s fall was partly due to just this sort of politicized abuse of Internal Revenue Service power.
We’ve learned that the target list for these political IRS audits was far broader than we initially thought. Fox News got its hands on a timeline prepared by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration that shows this scurrilous operation growing even faster than most government programs do: . . .
