Map: Here is the five day projection for Sandy, Is this the REAL October surprise? Note the projected erratic swing into the most populated areas in the US.
Note the path of the projected storm, Sandy. Its heading out to sea and then is suppose to make a hard left hand turn right into the most populated area in the country. Does that path look natural to you? Go back and look at the paths of the recent storms I have covered which seem to be following a pattern of weird changes in direction. [Links at end of this report] Then Google up charts for storms from years ago. Bet you’ll see what I find interesting. SOURCE OF MAP: National Weather Service.
Having grown up and spent much of my life in Florida I have been a student of tropical storms and hurricane’s since at least the beginning of Jr. Hi (that’s middle school to those of you too young to remember). One of the things that has always interested me is the paths the storms take. Another think that interested me at the time was our governments involvement in experimenting with the weather control they started perfecting during the Vietnam war.
Now, I find it interesting that, once again, a major hurricane is coming ashore just in time to keep people away from the polls whether it follows the projected path or not. Just the fact that it is coming will keep a lot of people away from turning out to vote. Tropical Storm ISSAC was projected to hit Tampa during the Republican Convention. It only skirted the town yet it sure put a damper on all of the protests planed for the convention.
At the end of this report you will find the links to reports on some of the storms that I believe have been controlled by the government and why I believe each of them should be taken into the picture. Sandy may be the next one on my list. Let’s watch its path closely. . . EDITOR

The Weather Channel declines to rename ‘Frankenstorm’ as ‘Athena’
By Rob Manker, Chicago Tribune reporter

Cable weather network had announced plan to name winter storms, but this one is all Hurricane Sandy, TWC says
It’s “Hurricane Sandy” to many, “Frankenstorm” to some and “Winter Storm Athena” to no one.
Nonetheless, The Weather Channel says it’s not backing off its plan to name this year’s winter storms, the first of which would be Athena. This just isn’t her.
What has become popularly known as an impending “Frankenstorm” — a potentially devastating and highly unusual mix of tropical and winter weather approaching the mid-to-upper Eastern Seaboard — is being called simply Hurricane Sandy by The Weather Channel, along with the National Weather Service, the National Hurricane Center and other forecasters. . . . Did Chemtrails Cause Hurricane Isaac to Change Course?
Los Angeles Times
August 27, 2012
WASHINGTON – Emergency officials breathed a sigh of relief as the center of Tropical Storm Isaac moved past Tampa and the site of the Republican National Convention, but planners ramped up preparations in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast as the storm appeared to gather strength and march toward Louisiana and Mississippi.
The National Weather Service said the New Orleans could be in the path of the storm, which is projected to become a Category 1 hurricane by the time it makes landfall on the Gulf Coast late Monday or early Tuesday.
Evacuations were underway in some coastal communities in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama on Monday.
No evacuation order has been issued for New Orleans at this time, said a homeland security official. But internal homeland security reports indicate that residents in the low-lying Ninth Ward in New Orleans have largely “self-evacuated.” v. . . Read Complete Report
It looks like Issac was shifted just enough to pour buckets of rain on Tampa just as the convention was scheduled to open.
The protesters of our out-of-control government are expected to descend on Tampa Florida in record number for the Republican National Convention scheduled to start yesterday.
If Issac could be controlled just enough to pass to the west of Tampa, but cause very heavy rainfaill the convention goers would not be discouraging from coming to Tampa, after all the convention is being held indoors. But with the protesters it is a different story. . . the protests would be held outside. As the Controllers know most of the protesters must pay their own way to Tampa and live outside in tents and make shift covering. The main strategy in the case of Manipulating Issac was to discourage protesters from going down due to the rainy weather. And it may have worked… time will tell.
A secondary goal could be to test the rebuilt New Orleans levee system.

Any research report into weather manipulation has to start with one man. That man being the father of the worldwide electrical system,Nikola Tesla. As Margaret Cheney reported in the biography, Tesla, Man Out of Time (1981) Tesla has been quoted as stating:
“I am positive in my conviction that we can erect a plant of proper design in an arid region, work it according to certain observations and rules, and by its means draw from the ocean unlimited amounts of water for irrigation and power purposes. If I do not live to carry it out, someone else will, but I feel sure that I am right.” (page 148)
Of course the above statement is looking at the idea of weather manipulation from the mind of someone who was concerned with helping his fellowman have an easier life which, of course, was his downfall. Unfortunately the controllers do not feel exactly the same way. [Read my article “Free Energy? No Utility Bills?”].
At any rate this is where we start looking into the possibility of the controllers using some form of weather manipulation today. . . It was just four years later on October 1947 that the first attempt to control a major hurricane was attempted. The experiment was named Project Cirrusand ended in disaster.
It was a collaboration of the United States Weather Bureau, the US Army Signal Corps, the Office of Naval Research, and the US Air Force. After several preparations, and initial skepticism by government scientists, the first attempt to modify a hurricane began on October 13, 1947 on a hurricane that was heading west to east and out to sea. . . . . After this disaster there is little in the way of information about trying to control these weather monsters until the 1960s and 70s when scientists working under the study name, Project Stormfury attempted to weaken hurricanes with little published success. Here’s a link to a pretty good synopsis of the early history of trying to control hurricanes.
And just as the Mate had told me as we plowed through the Pacific Ocean on the flying bridge of the freighter Silver Falcon with a load of rice for Viet Nam back in the ’70s our government did actually succeed in controling the weather during the Viet Nam war.

EXCERPT Make Mud, Not War
In 1966 the 54th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron of the U.S. Air Force engaged in an aggressive cloud-seeding program over North Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. By lacing clouds with silver iodide, the military hoped to extend the monsoon season and increase the amount of mud along the paths and roads of the Ho Chi Minh Trail, restricting enemy movement. The initial project, Operation Popeye, reported positive results, and the effort was continued from 1967 to 1972 under the code name Operation Motorpool. Although some inside the operation said their attempts to “make mud, not war” impeded the movement of enemy supplies, evidence for that is “unverifiable.”
Because of the Weather Modification operations during the Vietnam War a Senate Hearing took place in 1974 on just that subject.
The threat of weather control became such a real and important issue that by 1977 the United Nations held a CONVENTION ON THE PROHIBITION OF MILITARY OR ANY OTHER HOSTILE USE OF ENVIRONMENTAL MODIFICATION TECHNIQUES. It was signed in Geneva May 18th 1977,
According to the State Department’s website, “The Senate gave its advice and consent to ratification on November 28, 1979, by a vote of 98-0. The President ratified the Convention December 13, 1979. The Convention entered into force for the United States on January 17, 1980, when the U.S. instrument of ratification was deposited in New York.”
The preamble state: The States Parties to this Convention, Guided by the interest of consolidating peace, and wishing to contribute to the cause of halting the arms race, and of bringing about general and complete disarmament under strict and effective international control, and of saving mankind from the danger of using new means of warfare.
Article 1 states that, 1. Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to engage in military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects as the means of destruction, damage or injury to any other State Party. . . . Of course, as any Native American can tell you a treaty or covenant signed by the US government isn’t worth the paper its written on.
By 1996 the US Air Force had commissioned a series of papers of where they should be militarily by the year 2025. One section of that report, Owning the weather in 2025 – Military Applications of Weather Modification is a very telling document. The web site, The World Vision Portal has saved us time by highlighting the weather control portion of the lengthy report.
The technology is there, waiting for us to pull it all together [General Gordon R. Sullivan, “Moving into the 21st Century: America’s Army and Modernization,” Military Review (July 1993) quoted in Mary Ann Seagraves and Richard Szymber, “Weather a Force Multiplier,” Military Review, November/December 1995, 75].
It could become a more important weapon than the atom bomb [William B. Meyer, “The Life and Times of US Weather: What Can We Do About It?” American Heritage 37, no. 4 (June/July 1986), 48].
Now lets look at what has been reported concerning our subject recently?

A New Debate Over Steering Hurricanes
Should taxpayers fund research into weather modification? By Alex Kingsbury

In theory, the idea is simple: Lower the temperature of the clouds, and scientists could weaken a hurricane or even alter its path. In one scenario, airplanes would spread a layer of soot into the icy clouds at the top of a storm system, cooling them further and slowing the winds. Cut those wind speeds even a little, scientists say, and the devastating power of a storm surge could be drastically cut, perhaps saving lives and property. . . . (Continue)

Now as everyone knows i am not a Conspiracy theorist (no way!) but sometimes you just have to look at things tweaked just a little from what you see and hear coming over the Controllers Media teleprompters.
Conspiracy or not the one thing we know for certain is that, call it Weather Control, Weather Manipulation or Weather Modification, it is real. Completely documented evidence of our government doing just that during the war in VetNam came out in top secret hears on Weather Modification during the Vet Nam War – Senate Hearings held March 20 1974 and May 19 1974.
Anyone interested in the subject can find tons of particles sprinkled all over the web. Personally i believe at least some, if not most, of the Chem-trails being seen in our skies today have to do with scientific study and experimental testing of weather control options. Back in the September 2008 I published an extended series of research reports that I feel is just as timely as if written today. So I decided to transfer the whole series of reports, freshened up a bit and make it easily available right here in The NEW Hollow Earth Insider Archives. . . . EDITOR

Weather Wars or Just Mother Nature Getting Even?
by Dennis Crenshaw -THEI Editor
Having lived a large portion of my life on the east coast of Florida, I naturally am very aware of the annual Hurricane Season which runs from June 1st thru November 30th and just how nasty these destroyers of lives and property can be.
Why live here then, you might ask? Well, of course, the stock answer is because of the weather and the beautiful beaches. (After all I do go to the beach once a year for the Springing the Blues Festival. And most of the time this “great weather” is hotter than hell and muggier than a health club sauna). I guess the actual – and wiseass – answer is, “everyone has to live somewhere.”
Which is worse, a Hurricane or a Earthquake?
I experienced hurricaneDora in 1964 as the eye of the storm passed directly through Jacksonville. The Sudden calm, the unexplained strangeness that came with the calmness of the eye. Then came the sudden return of the wall of that extremely destructive storm from the opposite direction which was especially nerve wracking. As the old worn-out saying goes, It was an experience that lives in my mind like it was yesterday.
[ I also found myself living in California during the Sylmar Earthquake on February 9, 1971. With the epicenter of this 6.6 magnitude earthquake being approx 10 miles away from our home we felt the blunt of the shaker. The point being that I have a pretty good perspective to the age old question: would you rather experience a hurricane or an earthquake? My answer: neither].
Anyway back to hurricanes. I first noticed the pattern of the routes of major hurricanes with Hurricane Floyd in 1999.
I watched in amazement as local TV began 24 hour coverage while the storm was mile away from where they usually begin such heavy coverage locally. Studies were being implemented to let the population know what might happen if they ignored the evacuation order, then the results were shown on TV over and over. Never before had I seen this happen so soon. Then came the first ever evacuation of the whole state of Florida causing a huge traffic jam that stretched for the 400 miles or so of the peninsular. They even moved all the inmates out of our prisons and jails. Then the extremely over-rated Hurricane (for Florida) followed the coastline of Florida as though something was in control of its movement by keeping it on an even track offshore without ever touching land at any point in the state.
The following year I watched as tropicalstorm Leslie coming OUT OF THE NORTH (a direction we seldom see them coming from) and made a direct b-line for our state without any hoopla about evacuation until just before the incident. Then after a few well televised localized evacuations Leslie petered out.
At the time I mentioned to family members and friends, half jokingly, that the past few storm seasons seemed to be part of a pre-planned study by the controllers into just how fast they could relocate a large number of people in a short period of time using the state of Florida and most of the eastern seaboard of the United States as a test area.
Then, when Katrina hit New Orleans the thought came to me that this could be another study. Instead of a massive evacuation this time the controllers wanted to see what would happen if a major storm hit a city with all the people still there. Of course back then I was thinking more along the lines of the controllers taking advantage of the storms mother nature was sending our way rather than any thought of some kind of weather manipulation.
The other day [September 2008] with the present situation of hurricanes lining up in the Atlantic like airplanes at an airport and while thinking along the lines of persistent internet chatter about possible control of these massive storms I suddenly remembered a small piece of information that I had picked up while in the merchant marines during the Viet Nam war.
It was during the spring of 1967 or 1968. Our freighter, an old workhorse Liberty ship left over from WWII named the Silver Falcon, left Lake Charles, Louisiana with a load of rice bound for Da Nang, South Viet Nam under an operation called “Hands Across the Sea.”
One night while on watch with the 2nd Mate I mentioned that I thought it was strange to be carrying rice to Viet Nam, a place certainly not lacking in rice fields. He told me that it was a payback for all the crops we had destroyed by making it rain for an extended period of time and that, combined with the extensive bombing, we had destroyed much of the Vietnamese rice crops. He said that our cargo of rice being delivered to the Vietnamese people was a part of a deal made with the South Viet Nam government to make up for the destroyed rice patties. At the time it all seemed far-fetched to me, but him being a mate and me being an ordinary seaman I didn’t press the discussion any further. However the story must have stuck in my unconscious mind. And, of course, since that day long ago I’ve read some of the information concerning the possibility of government weather control experiments, especially at the highly secretive Haarp facility in Alaska.
I also realize that when it comes to what our invisible government can and will do there are no bounds. If they could make it rain in Viet Nam in 1967 so much as to wipe out much of the rice crop anything is possible after 40 years of further research and application.
With all of the unusual hurricane activity going on right now I decided to take a long hard look at the possibility of massive and precise weather control, and/or hurricane manipulation.
Who watches the watchers circling overhead in U.S. skies? Acongressional hearing on the possible risks of domestic drones lamented the absence of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and its failure to step up to take responsibility.
Homeland Security officials told Congress that their duties don’t cover the domestic use of drones in the U.S., according to U.S. Rep.Michael McCaul, a Republican from Texas and chairman of the subcommittee hearing of the U.S. House Committee on Homeland Security. But McCaul worried that the agency was “reverting back to a pre-9/11 mindset” with a “lack of imagination in identifying threats.”
“It should not take a 9/11 style attack by a terrorist organization such as Hezbollah or a lone wolf- inspired event to cause DHS (Department of Homeland Security) to develop guidance addressing the security implications of domestic drones,” McCaul said in his opening remarks on July 19.
Today’s usage of drones in the U.S. remains limited to the law enforcement, border patrol, firefighting and weather or scientific research. But the Federal Aviation Administration plans to allow non-government drones to fly nationwide by 2015, starting with the selection of six test sites this year. . . . Read complete Report
