It might be better if Eric Holder spent more time cleaning up the rogue NSA than trying to keep the individual States from insuring the ‘one citizen – one vote’ law. North Carolina is demanding that voters identify themselves with proper ID at the polls. Holder clams it would be a problem for poor people and ‘people of color’ to get an ID. Yet, the same people who Eric Holder says would be placed under a hard-ship to get an ID to vote must present 2 IDs to receive food stamps and other government hand-outs and they don’t seem to have a problem getting those services. Lets face it, in today’s troubled times we need to know who is voting just as well as we need to know who is buying a pack of cigarettes at the local 7-11.
It’s actually a no brainer why this administration is fighting to try and keep voters from identifying themselves… if IDs were required illegal aliens and the election liberal zombies (those who vote more than once and those dirt-nap voters famous for getting out of their graves on election day and heading for the polls) wouldn’t be able to stuff the ballot box with the votes needed to elect people who’s agenda is the One World Order. . . . The Justice Department is suing North Carolina for alleged racial discrimination over its tough new voting rules, Attorney General Eric Holder announced Monday. “By restricting access and ease of voter participation, this new law would shrink, rather than expand, access” to voting, Holder said at a news conference. “Allowing limits on voting rights that disproportionately exclude minority voters would be inconsistent with our ideals as a nation.” The lawsuit is the latest effort by the Obama administration to counter a Supreme Court decision that struck down the most powerful part of the landmark Voting Rights Act and freed states, many of them in the South, from strict federal oversight of their elections. . . . If federal lawmakers do not pass a budget or a “continuing resolution” (CR) by Oct. 1, a government spending slowdown will take effect. This could halt almost $1 trillion in annualized spending that the CR would authorize, which is the size of the current federal deficit. If made permanent, this would cut annual federal spending by approximately 27 percent to $2.7 trillion — the current level of revenues coming in.
In other words, a federal slowdown — if allowed to take full effect — would balance the federal budget. This would greatly benefit the U.S. economy. . . . Read Coomplete Press Release

Apparently inspired by the press’ negative coverage of the Tea Party, Internal Revenue Service employees were instructed to flag political groups seeking tax-exempt status if they touted literature containing “anti-Obama rhetoric” and “emotional” statements, according to recently uncovered agency documents obtained by USA Today.
The 2011 documents list 162 flagged groups by name and reveal that IRS lawyers in the nation’s capital often questioned the political, lobbying and advocacy activities of conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status. . . . Read Complete Report

An unidentified IRS agent told members Congress that the embattled tax agency is still targeting conservative groups three months after the scandal came to light, according to testimony released Thursday by House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-Mich.).
During closed-door testimony, the agent reportedly told members of the committee that requests for tax-exempt status by Tea Party groups are still being subjected to “secondary screening,” at least in his office. . . . Read Complete Report
