Cops: Florida Man, 36, Assaulted Teen Relative With Taco Bell Burrito

FEBRUARY 26, 2013

A Florida man is facing a misdemeanor charge after allegedly battering a teenage relative with a Taco Bell burrito.

Police allege that Erik Brown, 36, smashed the 16-year-old boy in the face with the burrito during a February 15 domestic dispute at a Port St. Lucie residence.

The victim told cops that he was having a “verbal altercation” with his mother and Brown, his brother-in-law, when Brown “asked his mother to bring him the burrito,”according to an arrest affidavit. . . . Read Complete Report

States following this action include: Louisiana, Texas, Montana, North Dakota, Indiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Colorado, Oregon and New York. These States have requested that the Obama Administration grant a peaceful withdrawal from the United States.

These citizen generated petitions were filed just days after the 2012 presidential election. . . . Read Complete Report

Ongoing: Obama VS The Florida Voters

We continue to bring forward the court cases and investigations into Obama’s eligibility to be listed on the challenging States ballots again.  Or for that matter to be eligible to be President at all. Something the mainstream media mentions as little as possible.

Just Like “Obama’s Watergate”, AKA the “Fast and Furious” Fiasco.  For the most part the MSM ignored that story too  until it blew up in their sorry mugs and became too big a story to ignore. . . . EDITOR

Unexpected turn in eligibility case: ‘Put it on record!’
‘This judge can’t get out; if he screws around, he’s violating law’

by Drew Zahn

The attorney in a publicized challenge to Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president told WND the Florida case took an unexpected turn in court yesterday, one he says “pulled the rug out” from Obama’s lawyers and should force a quick answer from the judge.

Attorney Larry Klayman told WND he had expected an “uneventful” hearing in the ongoing case, which returned before Judge Terry Lewis yesterday, but instead found a legal tangle that he believes means Lewis will “have to make a decision, have to put it on record.”

Klayman originally filed the challenge to Obama’s eligibility for the ballot on behalf of Michael Voeltz, who identifies himself as “a registered member of the Democratic Party, voter and taxpayer in Broward County.”

As WND reported, however, attorneys representing Obama at the case’s main hearing, which was livestreamed by WND, argued that the Florida presidential preference primary, which listed Obama as the only Democrat nominee, didn’t make him the party’s nominee for president. They urged Lewis to decide that Obama is not yet the Democratic nominee for president and therefore ignore evidence challenging his eligibility. . . . Read Complete Report

Ongoing: Florida court hears questions about President Obama eligibility as a “natural born citizen”

from The Washington Times

It seems to me that all Obama has to do is release his REAL birth certificate to end this probe. Instead he hires lawyers to fight it or ignores all calls for him to prove he is who he says he is. Something to hide? Or just arrogance? Either way he is ignoring those American voters who want the truth BEFORE the election – if he is capable of telling the truth. . . . EDITOR

WASHINGTON, Monday, June 18, 2012 — A lawyer for President Barack Obama argued today in Florida that a lawsuit claiming his client “is not eligible to appear on the November ballot because he is not a ‘natural born citizen,’” should be dismissed on the grounds that the Democratic Party has not yet nominated a candidate.

In Tallahasse, Florida, Attorney Mark Herron, representing President Obama, told Leon County, Florida Circuit Judge Terry Lewis that the January 31, 2012 Florida Presidential Preference Primary “did not result in nomination or election” and that “federal law precludes this court from determining whether a candidate for the office of President of the United States is qualified under Article Two Section Five of the United States Constitution.”

“There has been no nomination to office, there has been no election to office,” Herron told Judge Lewis. . . . Read Complete Report

EXCLUSIVE: Florida vs Eric Holder & Zombies For Obama by Dennis Crenshaw (w/video)

EXCLUSIVE to THEI

Notes from an ‘Underground Insider”

posted: 6/15.20

by Dennis Crenshaw – EDITOR

Obama assured the Latino vote by once again throwing his middle finger up at Congress as he signed an Executive Order protecting criminals i.e illegal immigrants from deportation. Not only does this insure him most of the Latino votes in America, but it gives him 100% of the illegals who are fraudulently registered  to vote .  To use foreign criminals voting illegally is only one step in gaining a large block of voters. The second step is being led by Eric “Fast and Furious” Holder.
Eric Holder before the League of Women Voters in Washington, D.C.:

However, that does not explain why Holder just ordered Florida to stop purging their vote registration records of people who have died or who are not citizens and thus ineligible to vote.

Looking at the whole picture It appears to me that Obama and his cronies feel they need criminals, undesirables and raising  the dead to win the upcoming election. I guess you could call this block of voters collectively,  “Zombies for Obama.”

Holder Declares War On State’s Rights

June 5, 2012 By

The Department of Justice thinks it can “order” Florida to stop removing illegal non-citizens from her voter registration rolls. The Sunshine State announced it will ignore the “order.”  Let’s see Barack Obama and Eric Holder back it up.

The fight over States’ rights versus the strength of an all powerful central government has been set in motion; the fuse is lit.

Since Barack Obama and his Chicago thugs forced, bribed, and tricked Obamacare into “law”, real America has been on a collision course with him.  This latest attack on our freedoms will likely only be settled by a courtroom showdown centering on whether the 10th Amendment to our Constitution has any meaning.

This powerful, 28-word Amendment is the enduring gift James Madison left us to balance the voracious appetite for power he recognized central governments always have. It says: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”  It is a clear and potent weapon for justice against Obama’s fraudulent charge. . . Florida to “Stand Ground” in Fight Against Voter Fraud!

from Canada Free Press

John Lillpop  Monday, June 4, 2012

Common sense may be making a dramatic recovery in the great state of Florida, if the state’s reaction to Eric Holder’s demand that Florida discontinue purging the voter rolls of fraud is any indication.

As indicated at the reference, in part, Florida has essentially told Eric Holder it will ignore his hideous attempt to institutionalize voter fraud:

“Florida says it will defy an order from the US justice department to stop purging its voter roll of people the state claims may not be American citizens. . . . Read Complete Report

Shadow Voters for the Shadow Government – Florida: 53K dead people on voter rolls

Have you ever asked yourself, “Who voted these fools into office anyway?” Here is part of the answer right here. . . EDITOR

As many as 53,000 dead people and 182,000 non-U.S. citizens may be registered to vote in Florida, and state officials are reportedly pushing local election supervisors to remove the ineligible voters as the critical 2012 elections near.

State officials recently sent supervisors a list of more than 2,600 registered voters who, though legal Floridians, are ineligible to vote, The Associated Press reported. But that number pales in comparison to the possibly 182,000 non-U.S. citizens that officials are asking the state’s 67 county election offices to investigate and, in confirmed cases, remove from voter rolls.  . . Ancient Canal Builders in America

Back when I Hosted “Unraveling the Secrets” I had the pleasure of interviewing John Jensen who made the discovery of many signs of Ancient Canals once flourishing all over the USA. Here is the link to his site. . . EDITOR

Canal Complexes in America ………………… This site is a review of evidence that will forever change the history of North America, shifting our view from what we think we know about America to a whole new and radically different perspective of pre-historic civilizations on the North American continent.

Ancient Cities on our Coasts ………………… There are many underwater harbors, channels and canals in Florida and Louisiana, as well as other areas, that are covered with vestiges and remnants of a very sophisticated, enormously large aquatic based culture or civilization that existed BEFORE current sea level rose an average of 5 feet.

Sophisticated Geo Engineers …Evidence on this site, shows many harbor areas on much of Florida’s coasts, as well as other areas, to have been ‘worked’ and ‘inhabited’ by a very large, very sophisticated population of canal builders during some remote period. Louisiana has many very long and very large cross delta channels and canals, with many sections sunken under current sea level.

‘Dark triangle’ reported low over Jacksonville, Florida

National ufo Examiner – December 6, 2011

Florida Map: Wikipedia

A Florida witness driving over the Timuquana Bridge on Jacksonville’s west side reports watching a “dark triangle” UFO between 300 and 400 feet in the air and moving between 40 and 60 mph, according to December 6, 2011, testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting databas.

“I observed an apparent dark triangle about the size of a plane, with three uniform lights, one at each corner of the triangle, but with no flashing FAA lights,” the witness stated. “I am quite used to seeing many jets and planes regularly, as I live in close proximity to Naval Air Station Jacksonville, and this was not a plane.” . . . continue
