Nixon famously insisted that whatever the President does is legal, by definition. Nixon learned otherwise, but only because the media-government complex ousted him from office. Now with media liberal superstar Obama, all bets are off. As John Glaser writes,
“In case you’ve been asleep for the whole of Barack Obama’s first term, here’s one fundamental doctrine that has proven itself to guide his administration: if the President does it, it’s not illegal.” . . . Read Complete Report

Spider-Man’s amazing web dries up this week when Marvel Comics publishes the final issue of its long-running “Amazing Spider-Man” series, killing off alias Peter Parker.
Mr. Parker first became a hero to a nation of comic fans in 1962, discovering his superpowers after being bitten by a radioactive spider. The original story, which introduced into the lexicon the phrase “with great power, comes great responsibility,” has served as the foundation for dozens of comic-book titles, television shows, movie franchises, and a Broadway musical featuring songs by members of the rock band U2. . . . The US’s Secretive Private Prison Industry Is About to Become Much Less Secretive

Seventy-five miles southwest of San Antonio, Texas, in the expanse of desert between the US/Mexico border and nestled between oil boomtowns of yesteryear, is Dilley, the epicenter of a new battle over immigrants’ rights. The remote town of 4,000 people has enjoyed a hot local economy thanks to its most controversial feature: its private prison.
Dilley houses the nation’s largest family detention center, a 50-acre complex that holds 2,400 detainees every night. The center has become a symbol of the resurgent private prison industry and a reminder of why the Justice Department abandoned these facilities in the first place. . . . Read Complete Report

Little Richard and the other black musicians who joined the white boy Rock and Roll musicians of the 1950’s were changing America. Had they been left alone they were, one by one, destroying the stupid racial division of America’s youth.
That couldn’t be. The controllers needed the racial strife to further their plans of destroying our country. Their first step was to change the direction of music.
The corporate world started recording, and playing on the controlled radio stations, only the “pure” white boys music and calling it Rock and sending all the black boys into performing something called soul music. Had the natural process of America’s music been left alone my generation would have become one America through our music.
The next step was to gain control of America’s “free education” by using the racial unrest in the South to take over the locally controlled schools, bringing their financing under the control of the Feds. The rest is history. . . Your Editor Dennis Crenshaw

JP Morgan-Chase paid its billions in fines for mortgage fraud by committing billions in mortgage fraud
Source Boing Boing
A lawsuit against JP Morgan-Chase — the nation’s largest bank — asserts that the institution paid off the $4,200,000,000 in mortgage forgiveness that it agreed to as a settlement for widescale mortgage and foreclosure fraud by committing a lot more mortgage fraud, in which homeowners, ethical lenders, and American cities were stuck with the bill.
The original settlement came from the Obama-era policy of not prosecuting finance executives for criminal acts, preferring to extract huge fines from the institutions.
In February 2012, JP Morgan-Chase agreed to pay $5.1B in restitution for its mortgage fraud, which included widescale foreclosures on people who were not even Morgan-Chase customers — the company forged documents that allowed them to seize random houses and sell them out from under their owners on the strength of “robo-signed” paperwork produced by sleazy boiler-rooms where untrained people rubberstamped paperwork after less than 3 seconds’ worth of scrutiny. . . .
