A leading Chinese meteorologist says the country will employ more rainmaking technology and make better use of it in the next five years.

Some 560,000 manipulations of the weather have been conducted since 2002 using aircraft, rockets and projectiles carrying dry ice or silver iodide particles to stimulate rainfall, resulting with release of 489.7 billion tons of rain and saved about $10.4 billion in economic losses the China Meteorological Administration reported.

China started with weather modification program in 1958. For the 2008 Olympics, China had 30 airplanes, 4,000 rocket launchers, and 7,000 anti-aircraft guns to stop rain.. . . Read Complete Report

Proposed law would make unauthorized storm predictions punishable by heavy fines and 10 years in jail.

A proposed law in South Africa would theoretically punish anyone who makes a prediction about severe weather or air pollution with heavy fines or jail time if they did not first receive written permission from the government-funded South African Weather Service (SAWS).

As written, the South African Weather Service Amendment Bill would affect not just TV weathermen and online weather sites but also community-based weather services. First offenses would be punished with a fine or up to 5 million rand (about $630,000) or five years in jail. The fines and jail time would be doubled for subsequent offenses . . . I disagree and am disappointed with many of the things that President Trump has done since being in office.  Letting his Deep State advisers talk him into bringing back the unconstitutional “Civil Forfeiture” laws; (shot down by Congress, thank God); not sticking up to his campaign statements that the legalization of hemp is a States Rights issue, not a federal Issue; and his seemingly lack of really caring about the great immediate needs  of our fellow U.S Citizens in Puerto  Rico. After all their Island was IS a casualty of the Deep States Weather War against Americans. The least they can do is step up to the plate and really help those people.

However even a total Trump hater will have to admit after watching this interview that Trump has had some huge successes on the financial side of his plate.   And there is one thing I am dead certain of.   Thank God we did not get the Clinton Crime Family back! . . . Your Editor Dennis Crenshaw

Puerto Rico voted overwhelmingly in favor of statehood on Sunday in a referendum that begins the steps toward sending representatives to Washington, D.C.

According to The Wall Street Journal, 97 percent of voters chose statehood, though turnout was only about 23 percent.
