Activist Kidnapped by Police in Philadelphia After Attending Kokesh Hearing

Welcome to the Nazi police state ladies and gentlemen, and if you think that my use of the word “Nazi” is sensationalist, then you haven’t been paying close enough attention.

As we reported earlier this week, Adam Kokesh, and organizer N.A. Poe were arrested at the fifth edition of the “Smokedown Prohibition” in Philadelphia.  Yesterday we confirmed that they are both being held in a federal detention center on trumped up charges of assaulting a police officer, when video evidence clearly shows otherwise.

Activists everywhere are rightfully outraged, and many have made efforts in the Philadelphia area to support these political prisoners.  As expected, the police state is not taking this lightly, and yesterday they even arrested and innocent person simply for attending a court hearing. . . . PHILADELPHIA, PA — Five members of The Panic Hour were followed into the City Hall rail station in Center City Philadelphia. Kyle Prouty was illegally searched and detained by SEPTA police officer Nicole Lawson at 3:20pm on 5/20/13. Kyle was charged with “disorderly conduct” “obstructing a highway and other public passage” and “resisting arrest”. The people in this video had just left an arraignment hearing for Adam Kokesh and Nikki Allen Poe who were kidnapped from a peaceful marijuana rally on 5/18/13. GOP-leaning political pundit, Mary Matalin, once remarked that my hometown seems to be on The Quest for the Unpronounceable Name. I live in Tucumcari, New Mexico. It started off in the wild West days as Ragtown, and then decided on Six Shooter Siding. Now it’s Tucumcari.

Although I worked for 52 of my 68 years and paid my taxes every one of those years I am now retired on Social Security and pay no taxes because my income is below the level. That puts me in the 47% of Americans that Republican candidate Mitt Romney is not worried about in this election, and in fact showed a high disrespect for in the comments he made when he thought he wasn’t being watched. (SEE Video at bottom of posting)

But I am also one of the 6% voting for Libertarian Candidate Gary Johnson. As the longest running third party in the Nation I see no reason why, my choice,  Governor Johnson is not allowed to be in the debates.

This is blatantly ignoring MY presidential chose by the secretive Commission on Political Debates and another proof of the Controlled Police State we live in. . . . EDITOR

Libertarian presidential nominee Gary Johnson has filed a lawsuit to win a spot in the presidential debates that start in Denver on Oct. 3.

It’s unlikely that he will succeed, but Johnson argues that the private Commission on Presidential Debates, along with the Democratic and the Republican parties, are unfairly blocking him from participating. Justin Hallman says that a project he put together for school that included information on the National Defense Authorization Act, Rep. Just after noon, on Tuesday, Castor and Hillsborough County Sheriff David Gee stood before a public viewing area where protesters were expected to gather in force.

WASHINGTON – Emergency officials breathed a sigh of relief as the center of Tropical Storm Isaac moved past Tampa and the site of the Republican National Convention, but planners ramped up preparations in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast as the storm appeared to gather strength and march toward Louisiana and Mississippi.

The National Weather Service said the New Orleans could be in the path of the storm, which is projected to become a Category 1 hurricane by the time it makes landfall on the Gulf Coast late Monday or early Tuesday.

Evacuations were underway in some coastal communities in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama on Monday.

No evacuation order has been issued for New Orleans at this time, said a homeland security official. But internal homeland security reports indicate that residents in the low-lying Ninth Ward in New Orleans have largely “self-evacuated.” v. . . Read Complete Report

If Isaac was controlled, for what reason?

It looks like Issac was shifted just enough to pour buckets of rain on Tampa just as the convention was scheduled to open.

The protesters of  our out-of-control government are expected to descend on Tampa Florida in record number for the Republican National Convention scheduled to start yesterday.

If Issac could be controlled just enough to pass to the west of Tampa, but cause very heavy rainfaill the convention goers would not be discouraging from coming to Tampa, after all the convention is being held indoors.  But with the protesters it is a different story. . . the protests would be held outside.  As the Controllers know most of the protesters must pay their own way to Tampa and live outside in tents and make shift covering. The main strategy in the case of Manipulating Issac  was  to discourage protesters from going down due to the rainy weather. And it may have worked… time will tell.

A secondary goal could be to test the rebuilt New Orleans levee system.

Marine Locked In Mental Ward for Questioning 9/11

Former marine Brandon Raub was carted off by the Feds and locked in a psychiatric ward for his Facebook posts questioning the government’s version of 9/11.

Raub isn’t the first person who has suffered this fate.  Claire Swinney was also held in a psychiatric ward and called “delusional” for claiming government liability for 9/11.   Others have been committed for the same reason over the last decade.

Surely the Feds are right … that kind of talk is crazy, right?

Maybe.  But many of the 9/11 Commissioners themselves don’t buy what the government says about 9/11, they say that the government has covered up the state sponsorship of the 9/11 hijackers, and .

Indeed, while they obviously haven’t said that the government was involved, 9/11 Commissioners have said we need further investigation and that the American people should question 9/11.  Does that mean they should they be committed to the same psych ward which Mr. Raub and Ms. Swinney enjoyed?  Of course not. . . . “Court ordered psychiatric detention has always been a disturbing legal policy open to abuse. But it is particularly dangerous when people can be thrown into Soviet-styled indefinite detention based solely on what authorities consider irrational political views–like conspiracy.

“I knew that William Norman Grigg would comment on this, since he is America’s foremost champion of citizen rights against the police state. “Brandon Raub, a Marine combat veteran, was abducted at his home in Chesterfield, Virginia by a thug-scrum of federal officials and local police on August 16. He wasn’t charged with a crime; instead, he was taken into schutzhaft [protective custody] on the pretext that some of his Facebook posts concerning current affairs evinced symptoms of mental derangement or terrorist inclinations.” . . .

 

“UPDATE: Raub was fortunate that the internet story about his illegal detention flashed around the world and alerted the Rutherford Institute which sent an attorney to represent him. They protested his arrest and the strange attempt by the state of Virginia to transfer Raub to a mental hospital clear across the state, away from the original jurisdiction. Rutherford got his case to a higher judge quickly, with dramatic and positive results:

“In an unexpected ruling handed down today by Circuit Court Judge Allan Sharrett, the judge dismissed the government’s case against Brandon Raub, the Marine who was arrested by local police and FBI agents, detained in a psychiatric ward and forced to undergo psychological evaluations based solely on the controversial nature of lines from song lyrics, political messages and virtual card games which he posted to his private Facebook page. Judge Sharrett dismissed the petition for involuntary commitment on the grounds that the petition ‘is so devoid of any factual allegations that it could not be reasonably expected to give rise to a case or controversy.’ Raub is expected to be released immediately. ‘This is a great victory for the First Amendment and the rule of law,’ said John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute.” . . . SOURCE
